TPMS Retaining Nut

One wheel on my car doesn't have this nut. It has broken and fallen off(saw some pieces on my drive way). Now the wheel is leaking air.

Is the nut universal or vehicle specific? Does the dealer sell the nut or a set including new sensor?

Just to update, the retaining nut is vehicle specific. It depends on what brand TPMS the vehicle is using. Anyway, the valve stem on my TPMS is corroded. This stem can be replaced right? The sensor itself works fine and I don't want to replace it if I don't have to. My car is Dodge.

Do you guys know where I can buy TPMS rebuild kits in the GTA?

You should check with the dealer, find out the price and part numbers. Then search online with the part numbers to see what other vendors are selling them for.
