Transfer stock options from RRSP to TFSA

Quick question: Am I allowed to transfer stock options (calls) from my RRSP to TFSA? If yes, what is the transfer value? The initial premium I paid for the options or the current market value of the options?

The reason I'm interested in this transfer is because I may decide to exercise the options before expiration date and I don't have enough funds in my RRSP to exercise the options. Also trying to calculate what amount will I be paying thr withholding tax on, the original premium paid for the call options or the current market value of the option?

Help would be appreciated!

Is this really good idea? Transfer from one register account to another? You lose RRSP contribution room forever I believe.
Transfer is supposed to use current market value, it treats like you withdraw from RRSP and put into TFSA if this transfer allowed.
And TFSA allows options? at least mine is restricted.

Both my accounts allow options trading.
