Transferring recent G (ON) licence to BC
I just got my G and I'll be moving to BC at the end of May. According to their website, I need to have had a full-privilege licence for 2 years in order to get a Class 5 license. I'll only have had my G for 4-7 months by the time I apply, depending on how much of the 90 days I use.
I'm assuming I'll be required to get an N licence in BC since I don't meet the 2 year full-privilege licence requirement. I know my previous driving experience will be applied to the graduated system, and I took my sweet time getting my G (4 years experience on G2), so I'll have more than enough experience to be eligible to take the exit test right away. Will I still have to take the exit test, or will my licence convert to a Class 5 despite not meeting the 2 year requirement?
