Travel insurance between countries of residence

Hi,

Im planning to travel between two countries of residence which requires an international flight. I have ohip in ontario and can use the public health system in my other country of residence. But, do i still need travel medical insurance when flying between the 2 countries?

Yes, it's always best to have travel insurance JUST IN CASE. I believe in some countries, medical insurance is a must - i forget which country... I think CUBA? You never know what will happen, and when the time comes.... it will be EXTREMELY Costly.
I enrolled for Travel Health Protector from RBC back when i was a student and it helped cover some prescription drugs while i was away.
