Grabbed this because it would be super handy for camping too. USB ports and a light as well. Thanks OP!

Is this a reputable brand and how about the website? Sorry never shopped the product or this website before
1. Buy cheap, buy twice
2. Don’t buy because it’s cheap. Buy it when needed or it brings convenience/happiness/better quality in life
3. Buy now think (regret/return) later
4. If the gut says don’t tell your lady, don’t!

Sorry but I'm still working on absorbing/understanding how measurements work with electricity. What kind of usage could you get for this? Like 20 phone charges, or some sort of idea for a noob like me?

Thanks

I found on Walmart's website it should charge your phone about 6 times. It's geared more towards the cranking amperage your car requires than for charging devices, but in a pinch it'll do both!

The site doesn't state it, but i assume 20000mah, which can charge your typical 4000mah battery 5x.

But if that is your main purpose, just buy a 20$ portable charger. You may also not want to use a booster to regularly charge your phones because the booster will die and it defeats the purpose of an emergency booster.

Judging by how hard they tried to polished the site complete with fake reviews, this is basically just a rebranded generic POS from aliexpress/ebay.

Have fun warrantying this when it fails in 2 months or 6 months.

Batteries is not something you want to buy from a non reputable source. Especially one that is supposed to bail you out in an emergency. In that case reliability is EVERYTHING.

I work in a dealership and I have both this and a gooloo one when they were on sale on Amazon. Works great when jump starting vehicles that have been sitting in the parking lot for months. I was able to jump at least 5 vehicles (4 bangers) before needing to charge it.

Never heard of this brand and frankly anything with POW in the brand name can’t be safe :)

I bought one of these no name starters from Costco and it bloated up (luckily did not catch fire) after ONE use.

Exactly a place where reliability is not a concern

Been using one of these for the past 2 years TrekPow G39, have used it daily for a week straight when waiting for my motorcycle battery to come in from Fortnine, have boosted a Honda Fit to a Transit 350 cargo van....it holds a charge like a champ for when you really need it.

These booster are not designed for capacity they are for high discharge applications.....much like power tool batteries.

Works well. Bought and stored in my car though out last winter and the summer. Has held its charge without issue. Easily boosts my van or diesel SUV without an issue. Just ordered another one for the other vehicle in case of emergency.

It's hard to imagine something this size being able to boost a large motor, like a V8.

I've used Canadian Tires' Motomaster Eliminator boosters in the past and I've never had an issue in the dead of winter with temps below -20c to -30c. Considering that you'll leave this in your car and when you need it want to use it right away, how does something like this work in the cold?

That was great.
Project Farm's video is so packed with info that I couldn't find a point to fast forward through.
I wish all reviewers were to the point like this.

Considering he answered pretty much every question I would have had, it would have been nice to include a traditional booster pack as a comparison.

The one knock I have is that he gave the boosters a chance to warm up. When you're stuck in a parking lot, you're not going to be able to warm the packs up.
