I got the offer on my regular Triangle card this morning. They also sent me an email to add supplementary cards on my World Elite Triangle card but without the $20 bonus, so this is probably YMMV.

Got as well.

2022: BOC raised 8 times and MCAP raised its prime next day.
2017 to 2018: BOC raised rates 5 times and MCAP raised its prime next day each time.
2020: BOC dropped rates 3 times and MCAP waited to drop its prime to include all 3 drops.

Offer seems to vary as I received an email about it for both my regular and WE.
$20 each for up to two extra cards on the WE
No bonuses on the regular card

No credit check. They only ask for the name, relation to you, birthdate, phone number, address (same as account or other)

get a card with your first initial and full last name. i do this for travel so that if my primary card is compromised i still have access to that credit account

Not all but some premium cards does give supplementary cards for free...

Eg. BNS Momentum Visa Infinite is one that doesn't... But the BNS Passport Visa Infinite does...

lol... no idea.. every card i have/had always ask me do you want a second card for free or when i want one for my wife they say no problem.

never been asked to pay for a second card. of course i haven't had many second cards cause you know... at the end i have to pay for it lol
