Trying to identify kitchen hard-water cold faucet

I have this kitchen hard-water cold faucet that leaks a drop every two seconds. I don't know what brand and model to find the replacement cartridge. I looked on websites of HomeDepot, Lowes, Amazon, etc. but can't find a similar faucet. By the feeling when turning the knob, I can tell it's not the cartridge with a little rubber washer that I can just replace the washer. The cartridge is likely a ceramic disc type.

Does anybody recognize this faucet?

Look under the sink. Sometimes it's tagged with the model and maker down on one of the lines.

Might just pull the valve out. It might clean up with some CLR, and you can likely identify it at the same time.

No tag there. Just a regular flexible hose from the faucet to the copper pipe.

I might try this route first to see if it fixes the leak. Once the cartridge is out, I'll then know what to look for at the store.
