I searched but did not find a this deal. Apologies if this is a repost:

Regular price = $11.99
Sale price = $8.49
Saveonenergy coupon = -$5.00
Price before tax = $3.49

Tax is calculated on the sale price before coupon is applied. Net result is $3.49 + $1.10 hst = $4.59 per bulb.
The TSC I went to did not have any of these bulbs in the lighting isle. They were in a big bin at the end of another isle with no mention of the saveonenergy coupon. If you don't have a printer they'll accept the coupon from your phone.
