Tuition tax credit and moving provinces

I am a recent grad with a total of 170k in federal tuition tax credit. I am moving from Ontario to Nova Scotia for work and have a few questions about tuition credits.

1). The CRA website shows the total unused federal amount - where can I check the provincial amount? Considering that I started school in Ontario in 2017, I am not sure if I even have provincial tuition credit (if i don't then Q2 is moot)

2). How does moving tuition credit from province to province work? Do I need to file something?

3). Does federal tuition tax credit always stays with you no matter where in Canada you move to until you deplete it?

"The tuition tax credit can be claimed for eligible tuition fees paid up to September 4, 2017. Education tax credit can be claimed for months of study before September 2017." So you are out of luck on that one.

Yes, federal tuition tax credits go with you no matter what province or territory you go to.
