A TV with a screen as good as ipad pro 2020

After watching my samsung qled tv and switching to ipad pro 13” 2020, theres just that magificent apple color gamut.

Without splurging for like apple xdr display, whats the cheapest best display that rival apple? Doubt even oled is better?

you'll most likely need an IPS monitor, not a TV

OLED easily beats the iPad Pro screen.

Go look at a LG CX 48 or 55 OLED TV, you can usually see those as display TVs in many stores, The glossy finish and 120hz screen smoothness may be attractive to you. Screens that are DisplayHDR 500 TrueBlack or DisplayHDR 600 tend to be pretty good. Monitor-wise, you could look at the ASUS ProArt PA329C for example if it's the wide gamutness of the colors and the accuracy that attract you.

Other models to look at:
Samsung Odyssey G7 (240hz = super smooth)
ASUS ROG Strix XG279Q
Acer Predator X27 (wide gamut but low contrast)

What exactly is it about the iPad screen that you like? Gamut means the amount of the color spectrum a display can produce accurately, i.e. the # of distinguishable colors.

I don't think that is what you are looking for. IMO Apple has amazing text rendering and the screen DPI is very high, which makes the UI look crisp. Try connecting an external display to the iPad. It should look just as good on that too.

Not if the display is shite.

Almost as much as your suggestion that an external display would somehow look as good as an iPad display because the iPad has lots of pixels.
