TVBAnywhere Down Bell internet

I signed up for TVBAnywhere (paid) on Oct 21, 2020 and it worked fine for about 2 weeks. All the sudden I started getting an error message of "Your region is not supported" something like that. I contacted TVB Anywhere and they said they were working on it and asked me if I was on Bell internet which I am. I tested using Koodo and it worked. Once I switched to my home WiFi (Bell), it stopped working. There is a website I found which tells you where you are geographically based on your IP address. Mine says Ottawa which is still in Canada. Anyone else has that problem?
