ubereats is ridiculous now, all menu items are inflated, convenience fee, delivery fee, regular fee, taxes, tip, taxes on tip, you get fees added to discounted/bogo items.
It's so deceptive, I don't use it on principle anymore.
These codes are dumb. You used to be able to use it on pickup orders, now only delivery and alot of the time it's only on specific restaurants.
You think oh wow 75% off, but basically it just saves you the cost of the fees. And sometimes prices are higher in the app compared to ordering directly from the restaurant.
Another reason why ubereats is horrible is because it charges the restaurants 30%! So ditch the app and order directly from the restaurant if you can.
