Previous order 4 months ago, Uber Cash Balance approx $40 prior to receiving these 75% off Offers

Can confirm it works on:

2 separate orders for Scheduled Pick Up = approx $27 - $20 off (+ tax on $27) for approx $10.50 total each

Strange, even though had almost $40 in Uber Cash Balance (default payment) already loaded in app, I could not place orders without adding Credit Card, as a 2nd Payment Method.

Do you still need to have another Payment Method, even if you have a GC Balance that is higher than your Order Total?

Ordered 2 of 2 different side items, but only got 1 of each. Rest of the order was good. Restaurant is 30 mins away for pickup - I didn’t bother to go back, but restaurant said they’d give me those items next time I order.

Last time I had an issue with an order, Uber refunded entire order. This time, Uber hasn’t responded in about a day.
