Got an email, Buy one get one at participating restaurants. I haven't tried it yet. Looks like for any item at participating restaurants.

Only valid for "Buy One Get One Free" items that the restaurant offers.
Many restaurants have always done this on Ubereats so not much of a deal but from I'm seeing there's a few more restaurants participating in this that wasn't before during this this "promotion"

This is only good if they hv some % off code to stack along. I would only do it if there is at least 20 or 30% code showing up.

Was nice when it stacked with the 50% off

some restaurants have started to skim on their ingredients so by "buy 1 get 1" you get bread with hardly any fillings, halved portions, potatoes stuffed instead of meat, half a bowl of salad, etc.

Very little of interest in my area.

Most of the BOGO options are $5 drinks.

Only good for high mark-up items. A&W I guess too but you can usually find other coupons for that

Lots of choices in my area. Some decent deals.
Some restaurants are jacking up the prices sky high on their “one” item. Found one place charging $25 for a chicken wrap and fries lol
Good, better, best. Never let it rest. 'Til your good is better and your better is best.

Just checked how much it would cost for fresh mango sago ZenQ. It comes out to more than if I drove up to Richmond Hill to pick two up. Lol wtf
Spending too much money thanks to RFD

It usually doens't make sense to do this with lower priced items for B1G1 as your discount is only on the cheap item itself while your delivery fees and service fee are the same.

I regularly browse UberEats (I don't regularly order though lol, browse to see if any great deals), & even though they routinely have some restaurants offer BOGO, this time there are a lot more restaurants participating, including some restaurants that as far as I can recall, never offer BOGO. I'm located in Toronto so YMMV in terms of restaurants in your area/city participating. I go for pickup option (some on Uber have pickup option, some don't) as the delivery fees really add up (service charge, delivery fee, tip), & supposedly Uber takes a much smaller fee from the restaurant on pickup orders than delivery (delivery Uber takes a whopping 30% from restaurant).

MikeNet wrote: People need to stop quoting that amount. According to this recent CBC article it is 7.5% until end of year and 15% next year on deliveries. No fee for pickups.

That 7.5% is for restaurants that have their own drivers (it will be 15% after this yr), meaning you can place a delivery order thru Uber but the driver is from the restaurant & not a UberEats driver. That service just launched in September, but almost no restaurants use it, of all the Uber orders I ever placed, only 1 restaurant used this service where they were employing their own drivers & not UberEats drivers. For that service the restaurants do get charged a lot less than regular UberEats delivery, which is 30% for most restaurants

Ordered 6 popeyes chicken sandwiches for family. Definitely a good deal but I think we need a heart bypass.

Anyone else notice A&W took off their BOGO teen burger super quick? I saw it once, went to bed and tried when I got up and it was gone. But they're still listed under the BOGO menu with absolutely no items there for the offer.
