Terrible deal all around. Uber is notorious for "deals" like these. Let me guess - Is it 75% off with a max of $15?

lmao

It was such a rare treat to get this....once they added delivery only I get them every single week and haven't used a single one. I just deleted the app. **** Uber. Not just because there are no discounts but it's just a terrible parasitic company.

They calculate the tips based on the amount before the discount.

What is the problem? Getting a dinner delivered including tip for under $10? What is so bad about that? Geez spoiled.

Lol you’re allowed to change it. But this matters more when you’re doing BOGO. Yes the delivery person deserves a tip, but I’m not giving them the default 15% to the pre discount of $50+ on a BOGO order.

Yeah, I wrote it as an FYI in case people didn’t notice, and can make an informed decision. Restaurant food delivery isn’t meant to be cheap anyways, but if you’re looking for deals, it’s good to know all the random dings. I try to remember that Save On Foods delivers all my groceries for $5 if I don’t care when it comes, $10 if I do, including hot foods, so unless I need food in the hour, other options are better for the wallet.

I just feel Uber eats is so expensive, even their pickup price is much higher than the restaurant menu price.

No pickup.

No alcohol.

Max savings $15.

They used to send 75% coupons that worked with pick up, so you didn't have to deal with the additional fees. Now using uber eats is just pointless. I've noticed restaurants have their items slighlty higher priced when ordering through uber eats. It just not worth it to use these companies anymore.
