Anyone have any issues with UBER charging them 10% Service Fee, but UNCAPPED at MAXIMUM of $4?? I just realized Uber has been charging me 10% without a cap. Anyone successfully get Uber to refund them??

Wrong. I received the email before and the promo code didn't wrong and other times I didn't receive the email and the code worked.

Nope, never opted out of any promo emails. Just because you get the email no guarantee the code will work. That has happened to others and myself in the past.
