One month free Ubereats eats pass trial!

Eats Pass is a membership model available for $9.99 CAD a month. With the membership, users get a $0 delivery fee and five percent off every restaurant order over $15.

So far from what I can tell there’s no promo like door dash’s dash pass with free food but if you do legit use Uber eats then it can save you a few bucks during the trial.

here’s a photo of it

Without any additional info or link, I’m assuming service fees still apply. Wonder if promos will stack.

This might be worth it to me if it stacks with other promos AND if they don't have some kind of scummy behind the scenes thing where they stop giving users of the subscription additional coupon codes.

I suggest everyone wait out untill they do a promo for everyone to sign up for this, like what doordash is doing.

As of now, the 5% is not a great incentive to sign up and they'll push harder

Uber Eats is the worst of the food delivery apps imo. I’ve had 2 missed deliveries and terrible customer service that didn’t really address the issues.

How do you even contact Uber eats? Do they have an email?

The places I typically order from have a delivery fee between $0.99-1.99 so I wouldn't be saving much through this either. Would've been better if they offered free or heavily discounted service fees instead.

Not seeing the offer in BC but sometimes there’s good restaurants further away that charge $3-$4 at least here in Vancouver.

If services fees were included I might be interested :) Uber reps read RFD threads? :)

The customer service , ok. (Imo door dashes is equally as terrible, both are 1/10, Skip's havent tried)

But the missed deliveries are up the random 8 ball of getting a bad driver.. You know a ton of the drivers actaully do all 3 apps (or more in toronto), so they can do the same mistake on all 3...

None of them have some magical verification process that makes deliveries more reliable.. All 3 the driver can mess up all the same, and they do.

Really YMMV. Uber Eats has been by far the most expensive, the fastest, and the most reliable. Cheapest was always Skips but like 1 in 10 orders never showed (I always tipped).

It's based on your distance from the restaurant. Only major urban hubs have a huge selection of .99 delivery fee restaurants.

Downtown kitchener where I live, there are only a few restaurants that are .99 cents, rest quickly ramp up to $2,3,4,5 and even 6. Uber's website says the fee can go up to $7.

I kind appreciate they do it that way tho, doordash seems to just be random, very close places on DD that offer .99 cents on uber, are still $3 or even $4 on doordash, with no rhy
me or reason, not based on distance.
