For restaurants with less of a surcharge it can be cheaper than ordering pickup directly. As always, YMMV.
I’ve gotten this same deal for the past 4-5 weeks (might have been like a gap week here and there). I don’t preload my GCs, I only load them right before my order so I rarely have a balance. From the SDM PCO UE GC thread, some users also indicated that you don’t get offers if you have a balance. Maybe try that out and see?
