Unhaggle invoice car price

I can see that Unhaggle's invoice price is good base line for negotiating.

But do you guys think it's actual invoice price? I most certainly dont think it is, because I saw bunch guys getting prices lower than the Unhaggle's invoice price. No way manufacturer incentive will make up for it

I almost feel like Unhaggle's invoice price includes 3-5% margin already,

What do you guys think?
