I've noticed that they keep giving out a $5 coupon off $50+ after every order through the app, it usually takes a couple days to show up but it should be there when you login and check your coupons. So, it's actually better to make several orders that meet that threshold rather than one bigger order.

My shipment for the Ultra Light Down Seamless Parka finally arrived, but wow.. either I feel really fat and big, or the sizing felt like asian sizing. The length of the jacket is so short!

The sizing is definitely different, but in my case it's great!! I bought 5 shirts from them and I was shocked at the fit. For the first time in my life I've bought a shirt that fits me 100%. The sleeves are good, the neck isn't too tight, the length is good, the chest is good... I usually have to take 2/4 and deal with it. And I've purchased from every brand there is (cheap, average and very expensive).

I ended up buying 10 more shirts and I might buy 10 more. Just donate all my previous shirts, even though they're far more expensive and higher quality (but they don't fit me well).

I'm Middle Eastern and I guess my body type is Japanese. Who knew lol.

I have the Alexander Wang versions and on sale it's really good value. The fit on these is a bit looser around the sleeves and snug around the torso area. They have a nice stretch to them making it really comfortable to wear. As a baselayer, I would opt for the regular version because it's much thinner, will do the job and go true to size. You can wear it on it's own as well and I would go up a size if you intend on doing that. The extra warm is pretty thick and not too comfortable to layer with. I would just wear it on it's own and go up a size as well.

"HEATTECH is lightweight innerwear that converts moisture from your body into heat, keeping you comfortable all winter long."

Best thing to do is buy when on sale and try it yourself....if you don't open more than one package you got one good possibly not good for sport baselayer. Return the rest.
Might want to check with store manager before buying and thinking of returning especially underwear. I really hope they don't take returns on underwear.

This is exactly what I was saying...buy on sale but only open one. If you don't like them, return the rest (which are unopened).

I bought the HEATTECH long johns in-store and they were stamped as final sale. So in your case, you cannot return the unopened ones for items listed under the mentioned category.

I don't know how the HeatTech underwear is packaged but if it's just with a thin strip of adhesive (or ziploc) that can be resealed, I certainly wouldn't want to see people returning them. I can see the HeatTech pants and tees being returned though.

Not sure if it's still the case as I'm still wearing undershirts from over 5 yrs ago. The undershirts were in an sealed package which CANNOT be resealed.

Welp, their return policy is poop IMO, if you don't live in a city with a store. I bought a down jacket but it is too small in the arms. I cannot do an exchange without going into a store. And I only have 30 days to return it, so I cannot wait until the next time I am in Toronto. I will have to ship it for a return, and pay out of pocket. :(

The $4.90 jeans are $49.90 or $19.90 depending on the color on the mobile app.

Also, 90% of the items I found online don't exist on the mobile app, so don't bother searching in advance, just go straight to the app (which sucks).

Mine came with a mailing label to mail back. Cept they take $8 off to pay off your return to cover that cost. I really like UNIQLO stuff but they haven’t really gotten the online/delivery/return stuff down yet.
