When I first read the title I thought it was bc of all those ‘unidentified objects’ as there have been a few that would pose a threat to commercial aircraft.

Glad it wasn’t, and glad these ppl lived to talk about it.

As an airline pilot myself, the big issue I see here is why did they continue the flight to SFO ?...

Probably a weather related incident.
