Universal Remote for Android TV + Rogers Cable Box Control?

Just got my parents a Sony Smart TV 75" and a 65". They're still using Rogers Basic Cable with that digital adapter box (not the Nextbox). To jump to cable tv they must first select the TV button on the Sony remote then swap remote to the Rogers digital adapter remote to change the basic cable tv channel.

What universal remote can i get which has Google Voice Assistant (mic) and Android TV navigation buttons but also can control this awful Rogers digital adapter box for changing the cable tv channel when they want to flick back to TV mode? Their Rogers channel package is grandfathered in so they pay a fairly low rate for the channels they want which has kept them from "upgrading" to basic HD channels. They say they dont see a visual difference between SD and HD visual quality. ;P Disturbing.

I'm open to universal remotes, hubs, or Arduino as long as in the end they are using one remote.

Thanks.

A Harmony hub-based remote would likely be the easiest.

These often go on sale for Boxing Day for about 1/2 of the price in the above link. There are competitive brands for less but they're unreliable. The only potential con with the Harmony hub is that it depends on a stable internet connection for GH or Alexa to work.

There are non-hub Harmony remotes available that will allow control of both boxes easily but they won't have voice assistant support.

There are NO remotes out there that can control the Cisco DTA50 from Rogers.
