Heh lol.

UofT St. George, first year, Rotman Commerce.

Still have to figure out how I'm going to work my schedule...I have two options:

1) Space out classes between Tues/Wed/Thurs (not more than 3-4 hours a day)

OR

2) Cram everything on Wed (a total of about 8 hours of class in the day, my day starts at 10:00 AM, ends at 9:00 PM)

Pros of 1) would allow classes to be spaced out, and test allocation is spread out as well.
Cons of 1) are no days off.

Pros of 2) is that I get two days completely off.
Cons of 2) is that Wed is going to be extremely hectic as I'll have 4 different classes that day...

Suggestions?

Also I need to find a damn Humanties course >=(

I would suggest cramming into the one day, especially if you are commuting. Also I would suggest trying to get your science credit in first year, preferably through a seminar.

I've tried both methods and honestly through experience I like spreading classes out more. This is just because I tend to slack off ridiculous when I'm at home and just physically being at campus helps me get on task.

The Humanities elective is nice because you won't want to be doing business, econ and math the whole year. I took sociology back in first year, which I thought was really interesting and a good change of pace.

How far is your commute?

Yes you can. From the A&S website:
Please note that you can enrol in no more than three subject POSts, of which only two can be majors or specialists.

Everyone here is from St. George Campus? Any UTM/UTSC ppl here?

I was wondering about the students who take the majority of their classes there, but have one or two downtown. Is it a real b**** to get around?

There's a shuttle bus to/from UTM that takes about 45 minutes to get to UTSG. The bus stop is in front of Hart House at UTSG, I'm not sure about the schedule though.

You get your timetable handed to you in August.
