Unlimited Talk and Text plan with data

Hi, I only found Lucky mobile plan which is Unlimited Talk and text canada wide and international with data (500mb/1GB) and monthly rate is $25/$35 and it is PRE PAY phone plan. My question is how is the service of Lucky mobile in GTA and around GTA if travel outside GTA? If I use Auto top up then it works same as other regular plan like fido, rogers etc but is very cheap with data. Any suggestion on Lucky mobile service OR advise for other mobile plan with Unlimited Talk and Text plan with DATA?

Lucky Mobile is owned by Bell and operates on par with the quality of Rogers Chatr. (possibly worse)
I do not recommend them because calls often drop.
Data is good until you need to change a page.
Scrolling up and down reading text information on a page is fine, but changing the page to a fresh new page is very slow, especially if there are any graphics or pics to show.

Just to let you know, Lucky you can't "roam" outside of Canada.

I've tried Lucky as a secondary phone and you're better off with Fido/Virgin/Koodo if you are a heavy user for talk/text etc. I know Lucky has unlimited talk and text but me personally don't find it good in quality wise.
