Unlock tablet

Hello everyone,
I bought on kijiji a tablet Samsung Tab S2 LTE locked on Bell. Is anyway to get this unblocked or if anyone here on RFD can help, please? I want to use it in Europe.
Thanks

Did you try using a non-Bell sim in the tablet to make sure it really is locked?

Did you try calling Bell or chatting with someone online?

Did you look into the cost of unlocking on eBay?

Yes. I'm away actually for couple weeks and I tried here overseas a sim that asked for the unlock code.
I'll try to call Bell, as on ebay i found only one that unsuccessfully tried to help me.
I was thinking maybe here on RFD will be someone that can do this service for a fee.
All the best!

You can do a Live Chat with www.samsung.ca and they'll provide the code.

Are you using a local prepaid SIM?

Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) code is an access code composed of 4 digits that you received with your SIM card. With this code, you have access to JOIN’s network. You must enter the PIN code each time you switch on your mobile.
The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code is a code consisting of 8 digits that you also received with your SIM card. It is used to unblock your SIM card when you entered 3 times a wrong PIN code.
These codes are provided with the SIM card in the Welcome Pack. They can be found on the plastic card that the SIM card is attached to. It is recommended to keep these secret codes in a safe place.

You're lucky.
This is what I tried:
1. Contacted ebay seller for unlock code, with no specific network (pay more)
No available code
2. Contacted ebay seller for unlock code on Bell network. No available code
3. Contacted Samsung Canada by chat. They couldn't find it, asked me to contact Bell
4. Contacted Bell by phone, no available code. They asked me to contact Samsung again.
5. Contacted Samsung Canada by chat. They said is not Canadian model. They cannot find it in their system.
6. Contacted Samsung US by phone asked the same, they said it's a Canadian model, they cannot help, but they provided me the full model number that shows is a Canadian model.
7. Contacted Samsung Canada by phone with the new information. They said they will contact me. There are still no news from them.

I have no words on this. I spent some time to solve it. This tablet is used by a senior 83 years old; he used it with wifi with no problems. But now he is in hospital had a major surgery and the area that he is, doesn't have wifi. He can access internet only with a carrier network. He asked me to help him if possible as he likes the size, 9.7". He spent time to surf on internet and I wanted to help. I even give him another phone to use it as hotspot, but the battery doesn't last long and I cannot visit him too often.
This is the reason that I need this to be unlocked.
I did my best.
I'll try to contact Samsung Canada tomorrow for updates if any.
Thanks to everyone
