Unlocking a Koodo Samsung Galaxy s3 -- where

where can I unlock a (actually three ) Koodo s3 Galaxy phone? I am in Cambodia so I would want a place that would email the code upon credit card payment, and preferably not too expensive as they are gifts for very deserving children .

I price matched it BB and got 10% off the difference too. You can also try Future Shop or Target. Zellers just closed down I think.
