upass tax credit

my daughter stays in whitby and has the Universal Transit Pass (U-Pass) via durham college
her income is low and she will not be able to use this credit. can she transfer this credit to me?
if you dont have an answer, dont repond to my thread.
I need answers, and thats why i use redflagdeals forums.

She can only transfer it to her spouse or common-law.

If your daughter was 18 or less, you can claim. If she were 19, and single (I assume so from way you asked the question), she must claim, but as you mentioned, it would yield no benefit.

So uPass gets claimed as transit? was not sure if it gets lumped into tuition credit.
