As above. If you want fast upload and download, FTTH via your telco (a.k.a. Bell).

Bell is the best option.
I wish they offered FTTH in my area, unfortunately they don't.
Stuck with Rogers gigabit, max 30Mbps upload.

I'm in maple and my brother in law is in Markham. Both serviced by Rogers. We pay $99+tax per month for their TV/Phone/Internet bundle. The internet package we have is 1G down 30G up. Surprising I have no issues with Rogers though I anticipate a price hike when my contract is up.

Where do you get the idea that you can't get fiber internet in a house?

I live in a house and I have had fiver internet (FTTH) in a house for the last four years.
All depends on the area you live in -check with Bell, maybe FTTH is coming to your area.

Why would you have upload 30x faster than your download? Never heard of such a thing.

Oh that makes sense. Sorry, I'm not familiar with major internet providers packages and that seemed crazy fast! LOL. That's a good price for all that, I should switch my mom.
