Thanks. The agent I called after 1 hour transfer to another who can 'help' waited around 20min. Then I spoke with the 2nd agent, told me to wait then he hang up....OntEdTchr wrote: ↑ UPS has an option in its customer service line for packages that show delivered but aren't there. You can call them if it's on the same day that your package was said to have been delivered and they'll investigate what happened and see if there's a possibility to recover the idem and redeliver it. Having said that, I think that's more a matter of the driver dropped it off at 19 Main Street instead of 90 Main Boulevard or something. But you're talking about different provinces. How is that even possible? You can file a claim with UPS here https://www.ups.com/ca/en/help-center/c ... pport.page but I think Home Depot might be a better option.

Did you order it online? If you did, I doubt the staff at your local store can help you out.

Hard to do on text. It says they will contact me within 5 daysGeneralStore wrote: ↑ Did you order it online? If you did, I doubt the staff at your local store can help you out.
At this point, UPS wouldn't do much, since I suppose it's already marked as delivered. It's better that you contact Home Depot customer support directly by phone. You can also contact them by text to THDCA (84322).
