Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) today announced that its board of directors declared a supplemental dividend of $1.45 per share on the common stock of the company, payable in cash on February 28, 2022, to holders of record of such common stock as of the close of business on February 18, 2022.

UPS (NYSE:UPS) will pay a first-quarter 2022 dividend of $1.52 per share, a per-share increase of 49% over the prior year, on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares. The dividend is payable March 10, 2022 to shareowners of record on February 22, 2022.

ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) today declared both an ordinary dividend and a second-quarter variable return of cash (VROC) payment, a 50% increase over the first-quarter VROC. ConocoPhillips announced a quarterly ordinary dividend of 46 cents per share, payable March 1, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 14, 2022. In addition, the company announced a second-quarter VROC of 30 cents per share, payable April 14, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2022.

The 3M Board of Directors (NYSE:MMM) today declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $1.49 ($1.48 previously) per share for the first quarter of 2022. The dividend is payable March 12, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 18, 2022.

The dividend yield will become 3.6% at current prices.

This is the second year in a row that 3M raised its quarterly dividend by only a penny. Although a penny more is still an increase, but two years in a row by a penny for a company important enough to be in the Dow Jones Industrials Average... not impressed.
