USB SoundCard supporting Netflix surround through optical ToSling to receiver?

I searched on the net quite a bit and it's confusing. I'm looking for reasonable price USB sound card that supports optical ToSling output from PC to Receiver. I want to watch NetFlix movie in surround 5.1 mode.

Anyone using a sound card that is working for them in surround mode for Netflix?

Pretty much any modern-day model will do this. Back in the early 00s (before there was even Netflix streaming to begin with) it was an issue but we're long passed those days.

Just keep in mind Netflix doesn't support DD output from PC unless you're using the app for Windows 8/8.1/10. From a browser you will not be able to get DD output.
