I use NGD as my main, but I bought a 500gb block from these guys as backup since it's only $1 usd. They resell usenetexpress for anyone wondering.

I signed up for 3 500gb blocks even though I've used only 240gb from my 500gb usenet farm in more than 2 years. You might need to change your password on all your blocks if your client isn't connecting to the server

Thanks op. Seems they are out of 500GB blocks, $3 for 1TB is still a great deal. Picked one up as a backup block.

So if I'm using NewsGroupDirect (HW reseller) this would give me a UsenetExpress reseller which is a different backbone, right?

Can someone explain to me why you are using this? This is my first time hearing about usenet.

The owner of newsdemon, newsgroupdirect AND usenetexpress vouches for the guy. So for a buck I'm willing to take a chance.
That's a good enough vouch for me.. I'll try it out was looking for a backup and seems like if my understanding of this chart is correct it's a good backup for my newsdemon account:
https://www.ngprovider.com/current-usenet-map.php

Edit: signed up. Speeds are pretty good. For reference on newsdemon my steady speed is 65 MB/s (up to 75 on a good day and down to 60 on a bad day, but 65 most days). The most i could get from usenetprime is 56 MB/s but it was holding steady. I'll keep it as a backup.

Nice try, Officer.

In all seriousness. Google 'Sabnzbd, Sonarr, Couchpotato setup'

Think you are confused. VPN and Usenet are not related services.

The most frequent use I have found is to download Linux ISOs. But VPN + torrent can do the same job, am I missing something?

Thanks OP. I'm daft, I can't find server info anywhere after signing up.

Usenet is not P2P and is often integrated better into apps that automatically grab content for you like Radarr and Sonarr.
