Is using services like Unhaggle worth it in this market?

Need a new vehicle pronto as current one broke down not worth repairing. We are for the 1st time looking to go in a 2 year lease. Ive heard mixed reviews about unhaggle, is it still a thing in this market of shortages? are dealerships lynching with mark-ups like their US counterparts?
