Vachon Festive Log (Yule Log)

Does anyone know who stocks these in southern Ontario? Specifically the Niagara region, but I'm willing to take a trip to grab some of these unhealthy logs of sugar.

I emailed the company and unfortunately they aren't available in Ontario this year. I've been trying to find someone in Quebec to ship me one with little luck.

People are creating accounts just to look for these things? What am I missing here? There isn't really anything special about a Yule log cake. They are easy to make yourself, and can be bought in most any bakery I would think.

The larger log is getting harder to find out West over the last couple of years. Only saw them once at one WM.

They had small individual chocolate or vanilla ones last year. Any idea if these are coming back?

I saw those at Walmart (ON) last week

There is a $1 coupon good on any vachon product if you play the "coupon pinata" here 1 per person per month.

Chikinvic: I like a good real French pastry baked by Parisians just as much as the next person (more in fact), but i developed a real fondness for these -- used to be easy to get at Loblaw's, choc or vanilla, inexpensive and all nicely decorated, everybody liked them, and they were surprisingly good -- plus they freeze well. So sad they're not available!!

Costco in Toronto (Overlea location) had one on the weekend.

Not sure if it was Vachon or another brand though
