Valuation of a Condo or a Commerical Property in Ontario

Hi all,

Reaching out to see if there is a way to get an estimated valuation of a property without getting an agent invloved. Not interested to buy/sell at the moment and don't want to waste anybody's time.

I tried Realtor.ca - but they just have listing prices not actual Sold Price/Valuation.
I also tried Re/Max - but the site just took my email and been getting spam email from them lol.

Any insight would be appreciated, just want to explore options on renting out, selling and up scaling etc.

My other questions is, if I do sell a property and I've already used up 1st time homebuyer tax exemption. What is the estimate percentage of tax and fee am I looking at if I sell and tax/fee if I buy another property?

Thanks!

as far as i know you won't kn ow actual selling prices without talking to a realtor, I usually just use realtor.ca and guess about it.
as another option you create account on https://www.aboutmyproperty.ca/ and it shows prices of sold houses, I don't know how current it is but it gives you an idea

https://listing.ca

This used to show an estimated value of a house without registration in past. You need to register first now. But you can pretty much type anything since it doesnt verify email address.
