JO has been historically ranked "lower" but who knows what it's truly like now. Sure if you want to avoid Indians you prob want to avoid the Fraser area where JO is.
Yup it's one of the many tools he can use and he wasn't even aware it was available. Since he's spending a lot of money I want him to consider all possible things that can impact his investment. Some realtors avoid school catchment in detail because they are afraid of potentially offending their client or putting them off an area.

Your comment on Indians and JO is a perfect example. He needs to see it here because some realtors might not be honest with him.
