What’s Christmas really all about? Why did Jesus come to earth for us? This holiday season, Coastal Church invites you on an exciting journey to discover the true meaning of Christmas! Featuring powerful music, visual effects, humour and an inspiring message, the December Christmas services are something that the whole family will enjoy. It’s the story of the birth of Jesus Christ told in a fresh way!

This year’s event will be presented through the traditional format of Coastal Church’s well known grand celebration services. Get ready to worship and enter the experience like never before!

Production Disclaimer:

Coastal Church believes that the church should be culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure. We are a missional church that aims to engage all people with the heart to present the Gospel, using relevant concepts, culture, media and art that would help point to the person of Jesus Christ.

Ticket Disclaimer:

Reserving a ticket does not guarantee seating, it simply provides ticket holders the opportunity to enter the QE Theatre 45 minutes before the event in a priority line. Unlike years past, you can go directly into the auditorium, and will not be required to wait in the foyer once inside. Doors will open to the general public 30 minutes before each event, upon which ticket holders will have to join the general admission line.

In the likelihood that this event sells out, ticket holders who arrive late will not be guaranteed a seat. We recommend reserving a ticket online and arriving at least 1 hour before the event, and entering through our priority line before doors open to the general public.

What is the cost for this event?
Admission is free of charge.

Why a limit of 5 tickets/person?
Reserving tickets for your friends or family is encouraged, however because there is limited seating we ask that you don't max your ticket quantity if you're unsure if the additional people will attend.

Please contact info@coastalchurch.org to inquire about receiving group tickets.

What about parking?
Parking is available at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre parkade, beneath the theatre itself. The entrance is off of Cambie Street between West Georgia and Dunsmuir Streets. Parking is limited, so arrive early.

More parking within three blocks of the theatre:

Larwill Park: Parking lot across the street from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre between West Georgia and Dunsmuir Street; entrance off Cambie Street

Vancouver Public Library: Underground lot between West Georgia and Robson Street; entrance off Hamilton Street

What are the best public transit options?

Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station: on Dunsmuir Street one block west of theatre

Vancouver City Centre Canada Line station: on West Georgia Street five blocks east of theatre

What about disability accessibility?

Wheelchair seating on the orchestra and mezzanine levels
Wheelchair accessible washrooms on the orchestra and mezzanine levels
Elevator access available from the main lobby to the mezzanine level and the upper balcony
Hearing assist units and binoculars available at the main lobby coat check
Accessible parking is available with an accessible parking decal (see below)
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No food, pets or drinks are allowed in the auditorium.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please contact info@coastalchurch.org

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Do I have to show my ticket at the event (printed or digital)?

What is the refund policy?
Tickets may be transferable or discarded.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
