84" or custom made are your options. Yes, custom is often much more expensive, but it depends, because you can buy very expensive standalone vanities as well. Check out Home Hardware or Rockwood Kitchens, they both offer semi-custom designs. That being said, even semi-custom, in that size, with stone counters, will run you $3k+.

I had a similar situation (vanity was slightly smaller than the space) so created a flat surface, level with the countertop on both sides. I put an extremely thin bead of caulking between the surface and edge of the countertop, so that it's continuous. I used leftover wall/floor tile so it matched everything, but thought about using some leftover marble that I also had handy. For one of the sides, I keep a folding stepstool underneath.

So in your situation, if you get the 84" vanity and centre it in your 94" space, you can add 5" surfaces on the both sides.

You can also do two separate vanities and put a little sitting (make up) area in the middle if you have the space with a stool that tuck under. Do one counter top straight across.

Custom is one option, and probably the most expensive one.

If you're looking to save money and get something that still looks great I would recommend picking out kitchen lowers from ikea or wherever, you can use 30" for each sink, and then maybe two 15" to get you to 90". Adding some filler strips would get you to 94" nicely. Then you can spend the money on a good countertop and it will look really nice. Can even add a waterfall countertop with your savings maybe to fill in some of that extra space.

Also, 24x2, 30x1, 15x1 = 93 inches.

Last idea, get two 30 inch cabinets, and then you can do a lower portion in the middle for a sit down makeup counter/area, and its pretty easy to make that middle area any length you want.

Got any pictures of the space?
