Uh oh, the dreaded LOL!

And just an FYI that that is where the $35 plan came from (I move stuff from account-to-provider-to-account around all the time and have bought like 12 Koodo phones), and when I went to upgrade to an iPhone 8 on BF, there was no way to do it (even over the phone) at $35 and remain on Medium, other than going down to Small and paying a much higher initial fee.

I tried the same thing yesterday on a $40 plan on the refurb iPhone 8, and it worked, so it seems that $40 works, but $35 doesn't. At least for me using the online and phone service on BF.
Official Response from Dollarama Management:

Dollarama has a no exchange/no refund policy, and as a result, all sales are final. This information can be found on the screen of each check-out/point-of-sale in our stores as well as on each receipt.

I logged into my Koodo account this morning and see that I have an opportunity to get a HUP and receive a bill credit up to $199 that will be applied over 6 months.

I am currently on an Ontario $40 PM migration plan from February, 2018 with a positive phone tab of $150. I'm not sure how long this offer will last or how Koodo determines who gets the offer. I can get the iPhone X on my existing plan with a $150 bill credit.

Good luck everyone.

PS: I hope this is not a repost.

No credit for me, I only have this one. Same with my wife's account. We both have a year left on our tabs, though.

I tried and was told that I would have change to a higher monthly plan :(
