That stick welder is a good one. I got it for similar price and it works as intended.

I like the Nitrile gloves, bought them last year. They feel durable enough.

FYI - Picked up a pack of the nitrile gloves for this price yesterday.

I can't speak for anything else because this is the only one I have ever owned. I watched a lot of videos before trying to weld for the first time. Remember to get welding helmet, welding gloves and wear proper clothing. Clean the metal well before welding, and use the correct electrode for the metal/thickness/etc. The rest you will learn by watching a lot of videos. Mig (specifically flux cored) welding is much easier for a beginner. It's literally a metal hot glue gun. You'd have to get a used unit to get a mig for less than $200 though.

Which is why you should learn with a stick, if you can. Mig won't teach you much. If you just need to stick some metal together, get a flux core. If you want to learn to weld, get a stick.

I recalled that the one I used before has a higher price than the regular prrice of this one.

Yes, but the cans holds significantly less than other similar brands. I know I bought 4 cans at 390g vs. 822g.

Good price on the moving blankets. Slightly heavier (2.6 lbs) than the $19.99 one that weighs only 4.2 lbs despite being twice the size. CT has this one that's 7.05 lbs for $21.99 though.
