Unless you meant buy $100/$150 GC and then use that right away to get $100/$150 groceries in that store to qualify with the MegaMiles coupon... in that case yeah you'll come out with an extra 50/100 Air Miles!
Yes. Plus the partner spend on BMO Air Miles Mastercard.

Thanks for the post @mathbes. Weird, I didn't get your post in my notifications and thought I was the only one that saw the SDM offer and posted before giving you props. :)

Added the offer, as mentioned above.

Anyone lost money on buying Safeway/Sobeys GC?

This is the first time I am considering to buy large amount of Safeway GC to get MegaMiles bonus miles + meeting my new BMO MC spending for the first 90 days.

Apple App Store & iTunes:
  • Apple's App Store & iTunes gift cards can be used for the following services:
    • Apple Music
    • Apple TV
    • Crave
    • DAZN
    • Disney+
    • Google Drive
    • iCloud storage
    • In-app purchases
    • Netflix (grandfathered)

    Thanks to @Presents, @7865875, @Snake13, @Alivenate, @jmons20, @ben85deals, @setlist and anyone else I may have missed from the Costco/iTunes thread.

If there are any other services, please advise in this thread or the other thread and I'll add it.
Can someone help clarify how the Netflix Grandfathered payment works with iTunes. Does this mean that you would've had to set up this payment in the past or would it work for current subscribers via switching payment. I've had my Netflix account for a while but never knew about payment via this method.

Thanks

Tried to buy a KEG gift card to take advantage of the points bonus earlier today at Pharmaprix in QC- advised they do not accept Credit Card for purchase of KEG gift cards? Anyone else run into this- is it the case at all Pharmaprix?

This rule can happen at any store, especially the stores are franchise owned. They are afraid of stolen credit card being used. It is the same thing if you try to use a $100 bill to buy something small and get large change.

I read about 15% discount on GC of Sport Check when bought at Canadian tire. Is it still valid for Ontario ? Cant find the link to buy it.

Thanks
The easiest way to find out is to call your local CT store.

REMINDER

Guys please, you are bumping a thread with chatter that is suppose to have new deals only.

Please take all discussions over to our discussions thread, gift-card-discussion-thread-2020-2396898/

This post is now for deals only. Thanks
@ml88888888 @Ravibhatia @hharotz @Porfiry @TimelessVictory

A reply is not necessary, as that itself is an unnecessary bump. Thank you.

Do you think a change in thread title would be helpful?

I think the swagbucks update tread is clean because it clearly states:

'Swagbucks Subscription Thread -- DO NOT THANK
Post ONLY codes / code hints in this thread.'

For this GC thread, once the active page becomes absent of chatter, I think that will be an additional reminder to keep the thread on point.

Fwiw, imo the old format worked well, but only because of @trystee's diligence in always keeping the OP current. This new format works beautifully in the swagbucks thread because there's one new deal each day, that expires before the new deal is activated, so the most recent post is always the only one current. A gift card thread cannot be streamlined like that for obvious reasons.
I appreciate @trystee's updated OP every week and find it super easy to be on top of all current deals that way.
My suggestion would have been to amend the thread title to include info that the OP is updated weekly and contains all current deals, and to continue to allow discussion here.

Just my $0.02

Edit: Apologies @DaVibe , this belongs in the companion thread. My bad.
