It doesn’t expire, and would just need to sign up for a new account.

Gold CPA Card - Spend at least $11.99 and get $6 credit up to 12 times by Sept 28, 23. So basically 11 times in reality due to cut off date...

I hope they mean the credit will be applied within 90 days of paying and that we aren't waiting until October 2023

The yearly flat fee is less expensive than a monthly subscription ($11.99 per month or $119.99 annually).
Am guessing if I opt for the annual plan, will only be eligible for a one time 6$ credit as it will be a single, non-recurring charge.
For 6$, It's not an incentive to switch credit cards on the account file.
This is likely some clever accounting scheme from Disney to boost Disney+ revenue on paper hoping subscribers switch from yearly to monthly plans.
Plus Amex benefits from those who carry balances on their cards.

My current subscription ends in Nov, I'll use another email to create a new account to redeem this offer, then after the 6 months/credits are up, I'll close the account and resub annually with the old one.
