If I get the plan do I basically lose out on bf deals? Because usually you need to be a new customer to get good phone deals.

Would you know what the codes are, may work if I go back with them.Toronto Gamblers wrote: ↑ Person I spoke to at Square One said the codes work… they wouldnt be city specific, maybe province. Unfortunately it’s hot or miss on whether you get a good rep.

Here you go :
AGA/HUG $5 Discount - 12M - if eligible. This gives $5 off for 12 months.
$5 X 24Months (vpc.ca/addlinediscount) . This gives additional $5 off for 24 months from the second line and more. Not valid on the first line.
$10x24Mo Activation Credit (if eligible). This gives $10 off for 24 months on all new lines.
There is also a $50 service fee connection on the first bill and a service connection fee credit also on the first bill so these cancel each other out.

Has anyone been succesful to get customer service to add addition bonus data on top of 10GB. I ported from Fido and I know they are offering 2gb bonus data on their same plan. Fido also have promotional offers for limited time for 5gb extra data at times. Does Virgin do something similar as well?

Anyone know if they waive the activation credit immediately? Reason I ask is because I will likely port out around BF for other deals that include ip12.

Virgin charges data overage if you go over the 10GB limit, right?
There's no throttling or warnings?

According to the terms and conditions, it says data will be blocked if you've used $50 of additional usage.NightRider_ wrote: ↑ As far as I know. There is overage charges and yes no warning or throttling I think
not sure what the 100% statement means.
Virgin Mobile will temporarily block data usage on your account once
it reaches $50 in Additional Usage Charges for domestic data per billing cycle. At such time, all subscribers on your
account who have reached 100% of their data feature will be blocked
