Got the deal today in Virgin kiosk at Coquitlam Centre Mall (BC). Rep said it's the last day.
They had a sign about the 10GB for $40 ($50-$10) plan, but he was totally ok with the additional $5 discount for one year.

i signed up on sept 30...first bill date oct 1...had my activation fee and credit on this first bill right away

You can still get first line for $45 and 2nd line for $40 at SQ1 . 10 GB. 1000 LD minutes. Activation fees waived off.
