So my girlfriend signed up with Virgin yesterday on a cheap prepaid plan for $15 and she created her online account on Virgin Mobile's website. She logged in and under "Welcome" tab she saw this offer which seems pretty hot to me. $45/month for 6gb data with unlimited canada talk text +a free Samsung J3 on a 2 year agreement. I do believe voicemail and caller ID is included. Granted that's not the coolest phone around but the plan itself seems like a good one to get on. I suppose if one signed up on prepaid you may also get this same offer.....Not bad at all. Keep in mind you may need to wait 30 days after your initial prepaid activation to actually get this deal in store.
