Yea, but I got around that by using my own SIM. Just call them to port over using your own SIM and skip the waiting of their SIM that they will mail you.

for existing Virgin customers - they have a Loyalty plan with 50gb data + unlimited canada calling/text for $50 per month + tax

Here in BC. Chat couldn't offer then transferred me to sales via phone. Didn't offer. Best they can do is $30 for 20gb.

Just spoke to another rep. She even called me and said the offer the OP received was a mistake. Would not budge except to offer the deal on a second line.

got on chat. got a person named shabana - asked for the plan and gave me a blunt "its not available" and ended the chat. LOL. virgin as great customer service!

I’ve been trying to get this plan all day, I’m from AB. At this point I can’t trust Virgin/Bell to even honour it even if they do end up giving it. They’re literally the worst CS out of all the telecoms.

Man I signed up from zoomer to Virgin for $40 and $35 my and wife 12gb each was happy (was on 12gb family deal for $80)... then a day later it was 20gb for $30 all over and now this.
I got ripped off. I tried to have them match it but since it's already activated too late. Any tricks you guys know? haha
