My plan:
25 Talk and Text with free Caller ID + VM $25

I signed up for a 3 year above plan to get the HTC Incredible S this March.
Problem is my phone is now so dead slow that I can't do anything with it.
Is there any way I can get them to give me a new/refurbed dual core phone (for a price of course) with better Android OS support?

Friend is Sprint customer service and told me to become a repeat caller than ask to speak to supervisor, but she also said Virgin is one of those that won't budge when it comes to retentions

As you're new to your contract, I don't see them offering you a phone upgrade. Best thing you could do is sell your Incredible and use the money towards another better used phone.

Hi, is there a way to get better deal than it is advertise when you are on talk and text plan and virgin supertab and not on a contract? Or does retention pretty much only works if you sign a contract.

I am on $25 talk and text plan with flex data, the $25 only include 100 minutes and 50 text, I would really want at least unlimited texting at the same price and don't want to give up caller ID.
