This definitely is a good idea, couple years back when I closed my account with Bell, there was supposed to be 3 or 4 dollar refund payable to me, but bell people said it is less than certain amount (5 dollar or 10 dollar) that they cannot refund for to handling fee.

I fired CCTS, within a few days a bell rep called me and politely refund me the money, funny she even asked how I am aware of CCTS, lol

Just got my bill and yes there is a $2.50 increase. They should increase it after the 1 year of discount promo. My 1 year wont expire until March.

Edit: should be 1 year promo not 1 year contract. Tnx @yyz64

What contract? You have a 12 month promo discount but there is no contract.

Yeah, they gave a 3-months notice back in my October invoice.

Just talked with them, $25 credit per month, not so attractive.

Received an email from Virgin with a code. Then went to a third party fulfillment site to enter code and contact info. Then received gift card in mail. This was a couple of weeks ago.

I just chat with the customer service, then with loyalty.
I didn't had the chance to get the 100MB deal (37.5$ or 40$). They said that the 100mb is for 55$+tx. There isn't any credit available now...

I called them again, and now they will apply a 25$ credit on my next bill. That's it...

These clowns still haven't gotten my billing right for the last 2 cycles after renewing, as they have not applied my monthly credit of $30, I say avoid these guys at all possible and go to a third party provider not worth the hassle.
