I cannot see people using up to 15 GBs nowadays.

Well, excessive depending on what you do, where you live, etc. If you're working from home and live somewhere rural, you may be burning through data, or perhaps you are not sending the kiddos to school and using more data. My dad just got the letter for 8gb for $45/month. He switched carriers over 2 years ago also. I tried getting that deal for myself since Im with VM currently and they said they couldn't do that. I called 2 times to see the different offers reps would provide and I ended up getting the $55 for 11gb loyalty deal for the time being(currently $61 for 10gb). I need to starting switching carriers to get these winback offers!
