i tried calling and asking for retentions to get this deal but no go =0(
they did not budge at all

This may be only for QC customers.

I remember getting a 35$/15GB deal last summer and it was for QC residents only.

got this plan around black friday through the virgin app - it was listed as an option when using the change plan option.
